Does anyone know where i can get black 17" and 19" CRT Monitors??? Preferably cheap but not essential.

Be careful - they show every single speck of dust and muck.

You also usually have to pay a premium for black items.

i am aware a premium may need to be paid and the dust thing is noted but not a major issue

spray cans of plastic "trim" paint in grey, dark grey, and black are available at most body panel shops,a £5 can will do a monitor and base unit-buggers up your warrantee,I expect-unless you spray it beige when it goes wrong!

using a dell black monitor for the past 8 months , so far no problems with dust or anything.just wipe it once a month with a dry cloth. i think its made by LG excellent picture quality. i recommend that you try and see if you can get one.

i actually run my own business and these screens are to be sold with new systems so must not be branded with Dell etc. I need to really have a make that is relatively easy to get hold of.
