Hello there, I wonder if anyone would guide me with this issue. I had to reset my MoBo via the cmos jumper switch following a bad update. The bios got reset to the default factory setting bios, which is 1.0.0.1019. However, my question is: Can I install the latest bios offering from their website, or does bios updates have to be done in step corresponding to their release?

Any advice would be gratefully received, Thank you in advance.

Yes,you can, the latest bios includes all updated files for previous bios version.

This bit worries me, (1).Why did you have to update your bios?(2).How did you update the bios with? Thru' Asus update or EZ flash or DOS?(3)Was the motherboard back to normal using clear CMOS method after a bad bios update?
