Is it still booting into windows correctly after the Bios screen?

If it is running OK, I wouldn't worry.

If it only happened the once - after your software installation it may just have been the BIOS updating.

I have two desktop machines supposedly identical but one of them always boots up with the BIOS screen and one seems to go straight into Windows.
