How do I get into the BIOS?

What files do I need to copy to a start up disk so that after formatting it will pick up an external cd drive. The cd external is the Phillips JR32

You will need DOS drivers for the external cd drive. This is being discussed on this forum click here, but I'm not sure that the topic was resolved. I tried a Google search for "startup disk external cd" to find it, and came up with over 100,000 hits, so there may be a better one.
