Bios Settings

Ive got an MSI mobo and I had to reset it this morning now my system isnt running as fast. I set the fsb to 133 so my athlon 2400+ is running at 2000mhz as it should be but my benchmarks are lower. 3dmark has dropped by 1000 and the sandra 2003 benchmaks are all down on what they were. The bios has reset its self before and things were fine afterwards. The only thing different this time was I actually had to wipe the mobo memory thing by changing the jumpers. What am I missing? Everything seems fine but im no expect. I wont experiment with overclocking for a while!
