BIOS Settings

I have an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe m'board, Athlon XP2700+ 333 MHz CPU and 1Gb PC3200 400MHz DDR Ram. BIOS settings for cpu etc are as follows

CPU External Frequency 166 MHz
CPU Frequency Multiple 12.5x/13x
Memory Frequency Sync
Resulting Frequency 166 MHz

Are these settings right? I do not want to overclock but want to take full advantage of the cpu/memory etc.I am a complete novice at bios settings.

cpu is correct 166mhz but memory should be set to 200mhz. at 166mhz it is under running and you will not get the full benefit of the pc3200 ram
