BIOS Changes

I have an AMD Athlon XP 2000 CPU and an ECS K7VMM+ mobo.
I was looking at lightly overclocking my system but can't find anywhere in my BIOS where it'll allow me to alter voltages or anything. Does this mean that I need a new mobo that comes with a BIOS allowing me to make changes or is there a way to take control of the one I have?

I would think you need an "overclocking friendly" mobo that allows you to adjust the various parameters that would overclock the components.
