Bios and best settings

first my system spec,

Mobo = Asus P4B266
CPU = P4 2GHz FBS 400 (northwood)
RAM = pc266 DDr 266MHz Dimm
Graphics = Hercules 3D prophet 4000tx (PCI)

Bois set as follows;

CPU speed = 2Ghz
CPU freq = Auto
CPU/mem ratio = Auto
CPU vcore setting = Auto
CPU vcore = 1.500v

My question is this the best setting for my Bios?

If I changed the settings, how far can I push the Bios settings, which can alter my CPU speed, I can I tell if it is likely to fry my CPU ect?

I would do a search on overclocking first before changing anything,you need good cooling/memory sometime change voltages.
