Best Webcam?

Can anyone recommend a good webcam? I don't need it for any specific purpose as I just want one. I use Windows ME (remeber that?) as my platform.
Sub £100 would do me fine.
Thanks in advance.

it depends on what you do with it but if all you plan to do is video conference friends, go to tesco or similar and pick up a £20 one. Save you money and it does the job. Most come with a stand but if not I found a reasonable bit of blu-tac works wonders and gives more manipulation over its position.doesnt do much more than that for me but looking at it compared to other cams i have it is miles smaller and I have used my polaroid 3.1mp digicam for a time and saw no difference in quality.

I would suggest the Logitech® QuickCam® Pro 4000. The original reviews on this camera said that it was the best. My friend has it, and is delighted.
