Best way to Synchronize two Folders (Directories)?

  JerryJay 11:04 23 Jan 04

I keep files on both my work PC and home PC and use an external HD to transfer file between them. Sometime it is not easy to find out which files are new when I have a lot of files under sub-sirectories. What is the best way (program, free one?) to synchronize two folders (directories)?

If you have MS Office then I think the 'Briefcase' application will do it.
