I currently have a ATI HD 4850 1GB Graphics card, and i've recently purchased a 2nd flatscreen to run side by side with my current monitor. I believe this card has the following,

1 x HDMI output 1 x Standard VGA output (currently used to connect the original monitor) 1 x I can only assume its a VDI output?

I'd like to know how to get best from both card and monitors and which cables/adapters i will need. Thanks

It may help if you tell us which make and model of monitors you have as how you connect will depend on what connections they have.

They are both LG LCD Wide TFT Monitors (22inch).

Sorry Model no W2246S-BF

If they are both LG W2246S then they would appear to only have a dsub connection.

What connections are there on the card? Best to have a look and check? There may be HDMI and 2 VGA connectors.

HDMI, VGA & i think it must be VDI.

DVI? Need to be absolutely sure. You can get DVI - VGA adaptors.

Sorry meant DVI. I've just checked the web and it's definatly a DVI connection on my graphics card. So i just need a DVI to VGA adapter/cable.

Thanks
