Best spyware, malware, antivirus setup

I have Norton 360, Spyware Blaster, Malwarebytes Anti Malware and Spybot Search and Destroy on my computer - hopefully they will target and 'kill' every nasty out there. But is this enough, are there alternatives? In other words have I got the right package or could I do more? I don't mind paying if the product(s) provide the all round security protection needed to keep me safe.
Advice please

You won't do any better than what you already have.

Looks fine to me.

I would suggest you turn off the teatimer {if on} in Spybot as its not needed with Norton 360
