OK here is one just under £400 up to date processor.
I cant say how good it is but it does seem reasonable for the price. click here
Yo may find it cheaper else where but check that it has the same specifications.

I guess the i3 is the processor of choice these days

Bought my daughter an Acer for college study and it's really been fine throughout 18 months of hard use, but Tosh seems to have a good name and that spec seems to be good

Here is one for less money but its down on spec from the Toshiba but much cheaper if money is tight.

I have a Compaq CQ61 and am registered with HP for it.
Got an email the other day with their latest deals.
The G62-b020SA looked interesting.

I don't know if the AMD processor and graphics 'card' are any good. Amazon spec looks good but is the better graphics an option? It's not clear. Anyway, just passing the link on.
