Tried loads of the free trials after my norton ran out. I liked NOD32 alot but like you say just could not bring myself to pay. I now have ( and have had for a while ) AVG free 7.5. I have had no problems. I use file sharing sites alot. AVG free has been great. ( got 2 virus' while using Norton ) I use AVG with ewido anti spy, ad aware, spybot and regscrub xp. That is my advise

I bet you wish you hadn't asked for the best, now.

You'll probably get a myriad of different suggestions.

Its been asked many times and most people have an opinion.

The simple answer is there isn't one thats head and shoulders above the rest. I like AVG some like AVAST.

You take your choice of the two listed above.

1. Display the web page you want to link to.

2. Click anywhere in your browser's Address box to highlight the complete web address.

3. Click on Edit, then on Copy (in the Edit drop-down menu).

4. Go to the point in your post at which you want to insert the link, and click on Edit again, then on Paste. The web address will be added to your post at that point. However, the forum software just displays 'click here' as a link to that web address.

Hope this helps
