I have just been reading a magazine review about this product, which is a wireless USB networking card. If i buy two of these, one for laptop, one for main PC, will they act as a wireless crossover cable, so that i'll be able to use the broadband connection on my main PC from the comfort of the sofa? And to set it up, will i need to run the network set-up wizard from within XP, or do they automatically "see" each other?

You will need to make sure that they support 'ad-hoc' networking (basically peer to peer).

Yes, this supports ad-hoc.

Thanks for the advice, will i have to run the network setup wizard on both machines, as well as the benq set-up disc?
