Belkin Wireless router

I have a Belkin wireless router F5D7633-4 connected wirelessly to a pc and two laptops. All connections seem to be OK, but the speed on a 2Mps (ADSL)connection has dropped to between 200 and 700 kilobits per second. What speed should I expect?

In theory, the wireless component of your network should not slow down the overall data rate of your service. However, have you tried borrowing a friend's cabled modem and tried your speed tests. Thois would prove that the adsl line from your house to the local exchange is at fault or not.
Do you know anyoone with a ethernet modem (or at a push USB modem) to try?

Good luck - emikretep.

I would think about 1.9 for a 2mb

This is what I get on a 1mb service just run it.

Try this website and you can get your line speedtested by clicking in upper right hand corner. Connecting several computers should not lower the speed of the connection. Good luck.
