Belarc Advisor update & Comodo firewall

I ran Belarc Advisor last night, as I do regularly in order to check MS Hotfix status etc. Whilst what I have installed works OK, the result showed that the latest version of the program wasn't installed.

When I tried to download the updated version, Comodo blocked it, as it's supposed to do unless I allow such things. There's the problem; I can't seem to get Comodo to allow it.

Suggestions as to how to proceed gratefully received; I'm at a loss.

Running XP SP2 here, by the way, although I don't think that's particularly significant. Comodo's been installed for about 5 months, & (usually)seems very good.

Thanks in advance.

I should also have said that I'm using IE7, & all updates to XP & IE7 appear (per Belarc) to be correctly installed.
