Has anyone else noticed this problem with Belarc Advisor? This is part of the display:

Memory Modules 768 Megabytes Installed Memory

Slot 'A0' has 256 MB

Slot 'A1' has 512 MB

Slot 'A2' has 512 MB

Slot 'A3' has 512 MB

There is 768 Meg of memory but why don't the figures add up?

is that the Win XP system information shows Total Ram: Capacity: 1.75 GB

Can't really help Coaster, except Belarc reported my memory correct in W98SE.

Frankly I wouldn't before with Belarc anymore - IMHO it's being superseded and betterd by Aida32.

Many thanks leo. I've downloaded Aida32 - it leaves Belarc way behind and, what's more, it reports my memory correctly.

It told me the PC's fine except for the Human Modular Input which could do with an upgrade in Memory speed and processor size. :o)

I've just downloaded Aida32.

It's an excellent program which makes Belarc appear useless.

Deserves to be much better known - it even gives product keys and license numbes.

Thanks very much indeed!!
