I am in the process of recreating my Front Page 2000 website, using FP2003 and CSS, and am having trouble with the jargon. I am getting tons of help from a lady in America, but she is talking way above me. Can anyone recommend a webite which starts from the beginning. I have found W3schools very good, but even that doesn't explain the very first steps eg it took me some time to realise that the css code was put into a file/folder by itself - I was inserting it into the body>.

An English one would be preferred as I fear that there may be a problem in English useage, also.

Yes, I have got some books from the library, but you can't 'copy and paste' code from books.

Many thanks.

There is a list of links to CSS tutorials about a third of the way down this page click here

It's quite a bit of reading but you should find something that suits you.

Many thanks.

Glad I could help :-)

One thing to remember, with html or xhtml or css the language is American English. So for example, centre will always be spelt center in your code.
