Hi there, when i turn on my win xp pc i hear a continous beeeeeeeeeeeep for about 2 seconds (it should be a very brief one). My monitor consequently does not come on, indeed it says it has got no input. ive made sure the appropriate leads and graphic card is secure but to no avail. can anyone offer any advice???

Help would be much appreciated, thankyou
