Bart's PE Builder Any thoughts or advice on this. Is this to recover your pc.Does it work for Vista

Its a boot CD containing what ever tools you wish to add, i.e. antivirus, antispyware, data recovery etc.

As it reads NTFS systems then it will work with Vista.

I have used it to "rescue" the odd PC now and then.

It looks complicated. is there a recovery disc I can make which is not just the standard one my new pc advises me to do when I first got it.Or will this one with pc do. Hope this makes sense.

Best recovery disc you could make is by using Acronis TI10 or 11

Making regular backups and saving them to an external drive will save you data and plenty of heartache if you lost those important pics etc.
Not to mention Acronis will put your system back to exactly how it was before any problem arose.

Acronis TI 10 click here

There is version 11,but i have not tried this.
