Banning one particualr automatic update

Is there anyway possible i can stop one particular update being automatically being downloaded through automatic updates, thus allowing the others to download on their own

set to manually update the particular update select to hide then it will not be offered.

From WindowsUpdate in the Security Center choose Notify me of updates but don't install them; when updates are available via the yellow icon in the Notification bar, select Custom.

From the list of updates choose which you wish to install and OK - a panel will appear requesting the box be ticked if you don't want to be advised again of unselected updates.
