BackWeb

Every time I switch on my computer then broadband SpyBot tells me that
\Program\BackWeb-8876480.exe wants to change my Registry. I deny the change. I run SpyBot, SpyDoctor, and MicroSoft AntiSpyware and none of them picks it up. But it still reappears at the next reboot when I connect to my broardband.
Is it malicious and how can I get rid of it please?

thanks Snec, I click on the links but it does not put me through. I'll try manual but the URL is long and does not last long on screen

If links are not working copy the link below

http:// windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFIX.htm

paste into the address bar, delete the space after //, and click Go.

Back web is harmless as your firewall should have told you if you have one installed.
