Does anybody know of some good free backup software that backs up to a DVD?

Theres is a program called clonyxxl - I think thats what its called but have no idea if its any use hence I can't recommend it. I'm sure someone will clarify.

If you have a Seagate drive either on your computer or as an external drive you can download Seagate Disk Wizard which is a free download from Seagate and I think I'm right in saying it also works with Maxtors as I think Seagate bought them, its made by the same people who wrote True Image - Acronis.

Otherwise I would recommend Acronis True Image which isn't free but is about the best in my opinion.

DavyLad
I use the Seagate as above for my Seagate external and am quite happy with it.
You will find it somewhere here:

Virtually identical to ATI.

Thanks each. I have a Maxtor drive, so I will give the Seagate software a try. Once again, thanks
