backing up server

Thoughts please. I am running WIN 2k server with IIS as a web server. I am thinking ahead for a disaster which most likely always happens. I am currently running a couple of web pages on IIS which are always backed up daily.

OK now thinking of a disaster , OS crashing what will be the quickest way to recover and get web pages back on line. I am thinking of just loading OS onto another HDD's and getting all settings going and in an event of a disaster just swap HDD's.Any other thoughts on this and the quickest way to do this GHOST HDD to new drive?ETC.

as always thanks in advance!
