Hi,
Can anyone advise me how I can back up or copy e-mails.
I am running Outlook Express with XP SP2.

Backup the folder containing all the .dbx files. It's called your 'Stoe Folder', to find it's location, go to (in OE) Tools > Options > Maintenance tab > Store Folder button. That will backup all your emails, plus the Sent Emails and any you have in the Deleted Items folder. You can backup individual or specific emails by dragging them from your inbox to the desktop, they will appear as .eml files and will open (when double-clicked, in OE.
