HI guys,
Basically, when i first installed the os (xp pro) i set up some partitions on the 2 drives that i have. Partition C with the os on it needs to be a fair bit bigger. I have plenty of room on other partitions and i can repatyition the other drive with no problem.
Whats the easiest way to back up C and then move it to another partition so i dont lose anything?
I dont think I can extend a partition without formatting.
Thanks in advance ppl :)

You can extend a Partition without formatting and without losing any data - by using Partition Magic

Or from here - scroll down to Partition Magic (I think Version 7 might be free, though I have not checked.)

You do not need to format with Partition Magic, I have used it in the past.
