Back up error

Please can anyone tell me what the following error means and how I can correct it.

Interpretation: Check condition

Interpretation: Logical Block Address Out of Range

It sounds like you are using MS backup. Using this is just as bad as having none. You should invest in Acronis True Image and a External USB drive

Am now on Vista (have dual boot system)- and about to run backup using Acronis - my previous backups have failed - will write down the failure notice this time.

Why not just create Images? thats what I do

Yes I call it backup but I do create images with Acronis. Thank goodness this time it rang successfully. I ran replace clusters on the hard drive and it seems to have worked. If I want to do a small backup I use ImgBurn and that usually works well too.
