i have some movies on my pc but they are in avi format.i want to be able to watch the movies on my tv i have a dvd player also.is there away to convert avi into a format so they can be burned to dvd disk i have nero 7 on my pc

I also endorse the recommendations for DVDFlic.

I have used it on a number of occasions to burn my camcorder videos to DVD. I usually edit them first in Windows Movie Maker, then save the edited version as an AVI.
