Using Tempgenc and then trying to burn with Nero 6 but the files that Tempgenc encode are not recognised by Nero. The files which Nero looks for are Nero compositions which begin .n**.

Not finding this easy can anyone help. I also have Tempgenc DVD author and not sure what it actually does.

first you need to encode the avi files with tmpgenc (usually to mpeg 2)then when you have the encoded mpeg2 files you use tmpgenc author to change these files into vob files then burn with nero using the dvd option if you are still stuck try click here
