AVG DLL Library Not Installed

Was running AVG 7.5 which was working fine until last week. Now have the message ' The shell dll library is not installed'. Have tried to reload and also 'repair' option -- both result in message that access is denied, so cannot correct the problem. AVG online help is restricted to registered versions only, not to free versions.
Anyone to assist?

Hi, download the latest free version and save it on your desktop. Also download CCleaner click here if you don't already have it. Then go off-line and uninstall your old AVG, then run CCleaner and then re-install AVG from the download.

PS - after doing the above, re-start your PC as normal.

Thank you Technotiger, done all that (at last), and up and running again. Also found that AVG now running their own forum on free editions --- subscribe after download.
