AVG Antispyware

I am using AVG Antispyware 7.5 free which I run on a regular basis. I also use Spybot and use Spyware blaster for runtime protection.

I have recently downloaded a programme sent down to me from a trusted source as a ZIP folder and AVG when run shows up a (High Risk) Trojan called Dropper.Joiner.dx This has apparently infected the files in the programme sent to me.

However, none of the other spyware programmes have detected this.

If I quaranteed it as recommended, it will also take out the files in the zip folder sent to me.

Is this a glitch with AVG or is it real and if so how come Spybot search and destroy set an the highest level hasn't detected it.

Any help would be appreciated.
