I cannot find the setup files anywhere.

The .iso suffix indicates a file to be a CD image. I presume you purchased the software online along with the key in which case you will need to create a CD from the file to enable installation click here

My problem is I have already made an iso image to DVD.
But I am unable to find the setup files on the DVD.
Instructions tellme that in the root there are 5 files, setup_ar.exe,dvd run.exe,autorun.inf,setup_ar.ini,readme etc but I cannot find them.

The CD/DVD should 'Autorun' when inserted into the drive. If not then 'My Computer' and double click the drive into which you inserted the CD/DVD.

If the files you mention are not present on the disk (you may need to go to 'Tools/Folder Options/View' and enable 'Show hidden files and folders') then it is likely the disk has not written correctly or the downloaded .iso was corrupt.
