Autoplay of CD's, SD Cards and other

Can anyone advise how I get my PC to automatically run a CD or other removable storage when it is loaded. I purchased my new PC back in Nov 2003 and it was working fine, allowing me to select an action to perform each time a disc or card was loaded. However, this has now stopped and I can't figure out how to remedy it.

I am using Windows XP Media Centre.

Try this

You will need to have the media in the drive to fix the problem while running the wizard, then restart the computer.

go into explorer right click the cd drive and select properties. choose Autoplay, you can choose options as to what you want to happen ie Take no action , play media files, play etc choose play.
