Automatic Email inclusions

I am using Outlook 2002 with windows XP pro.

When I go into "new" to compile a new email to whoever, I want to be able to have a disclaimer notice or whatever at the bottom of all emails I send.

Is there any way of setting this up and putting something on all outgoing emails automatically so that I don't have to worry about doing it manually every time.

From the Tools menu select Options then the Mail Format tab then Signatures (near the bottom). Click on the Signatures button, then New to create a signature with added text.

Osben - I have just had to do that on my work computer - I was sent a word document by the IT cell telling me how to do it. If you'd like me to email it to you directly, let me know.

That was a quick response from you all.

Thanks a lot and I will give it a try.

I knew I could count on this forum to help.
