I have just purchased a new PC with Windows XP.
My old Dell has Windows Me. I cant install CD of Autocad2000 as an error message comes up XP doesn't support.(or words to that effect) Any solutions other than buying latest version at over £800.

Try going to google and searching for something like "Problems installing Autocad 2000 on Windows XP" and you should get a few good results.

Hope this helps :)

Fateful Shadow, thanks for the tip. Found quite a few interesting comments.
Got the answer from AutoDesk themselves, Autocad 2000 and XP not compatable. They say I need to get latest version (mega bucks!!!) Hope this answers others having the same problem.
Thanks again
