I ran the installation disk for my CD/DVD after having problems running DVDs. When I now try to run a CD I get the message that a certain file (file name differs depending on the CD in the drive)is linked to missing export "KERNEL32.DLL:." I have searched for KERNEL32 which is then found in Windows/System folder. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Jameski, I have just had the exact same problem. I fixed it by going into the archives and selecting the same problem with the heading 'Windows XP SP2 Auto Run Feature'as its title. The third helpful answer by VoG does the trick and even has a link for you to hit. The link takes you to the Microsoft Page that sends a download to automatically fix the Auto Run! I've just done that and it has worked perfectly! Wow!
