Have you uninstalled and re-installed?

uninstal and reinstal as steven suggests and in future i would recomend using the bundled roxio go-back instead of system restore.

Go back is a program by Roxio which is bundled onto many Norton packages. Some people run it with no problems and find that it is a God send, others experience problems. The most important thing is to disable System Restore BEFORE installing Go Back.
