is there any were i can download the audio driver for windows xp,as it wont come of the xp disc?

Audio Driver for what? Which computer are you talking about and more to the point which sound card? Which driver were you expecting to get from the XP CD?

there is no sound icon in the task bar beside the clock.
i tried windows repair and sfc,and control panel sounds and devices,but most of it is greyed out.

There's no Volume control icon because you haven't Enabled it from Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices>Volume tab>tick Place Volume Icon in the Taskbar.
