Below is a copy of an email I have sent to Audio Cleaning Lab Technical Support, click here which up to now has been ignored. Can anybody help me please?
Viz:

I have just purchased Audio Cleaning Lab 2004 Deluxe. I chose the deluxeversion so that I could takeadvantage of the 24 bit mode recording facility.

I have a C Media PCI CM8738 Version 5.10 Sound Card installed.

When I click on "Record" having set up to record in 24 bit mode the
following message comes up on the screen Viz:

"The Wave Shape Device C-Media PCI cannot be opened for recording. The
specified format is not supported or cannot be translated. Use the
Capabilities function to determine the supported formats."

I then click on the "Sound Card Record Capabilities" radio button for the
Supported Formats, and the
message comes up on the screen that my installed sound card C-Media PCI is
capable of recording in
16 bit, 24 bit, and 32 bit mode.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but to no avail.

Could you please tell me what is wrong? I feel very let down after spending
extra money for a facility that I can't use

Why can't I use the 24 bit facility?

A speedy reply would be appreciated.
Regards

Cyzone

Thank you for your continued assistance and advice. Much appreciated!

I registered before I even sent the email to support. It seems they are just another company that once you buy their products they don't care about you! What a way to run a business!
