Attempt to send e-mails through PHP contact form

I had a few attempts by people to send e-mails through my PHP script about a month ago, and as far as I'm aware, there attempts have failed.

Yesterday, I had another 3 attempts, and I just want to make sure that the script stopped the attempt. One of the e-mails is below - hopefully it will come out correctly.

The newlines haven't come out right.

Since all the Content-type and MIME have appeared in the message body, I'm assuming that they didn't work as headers.

Any advice would be most welcome,
