ATI Mobility 128 XP driver problem

  Paperback Writer 17:03 18 Apr 03

My laptop (P3 933mhz) had Windows ME on it but I wanted to upgrade to XP.

The videocard (after installing XP) is listed as "ATI MOBILITY 128 AGP 2X (KAPOK)"

This driver is making xp hang and/or crash - XP tells me that itself!

I've searched for ages though for an update, yet no joy. Windows 2000 or 98 drivers seem no better either.

Anyone got any ideas what to do? I'm not keen on the idea of going back to WinME, but the laptop lasts for about 10 minutes before I have to reboot.
