I've just noticed that at boot up and under system information, my CPU which is an Athlon 1800XP is being reported as a 1150Mhz CPU. Does anyone know why this is and how to correct it?

yes its correct because you fsb is running a 100mhz instead of 133mhz.

er this might be the fault of a jumper being in the wrong place or something you can change in the bios

check your manual or go to the website of you mother board manufacturer and download the manual from there/ look at the manual online if its provided like that. that should show you how to change your fsb manually to get 133mhz

Go into CMOS setup and change to 133/133 when you start your computer
