I seem to have acquired this virus that windows defender detects as Rbot AVG as Atdmt and spybot as schot.exe. No obvious side effects but obviously they shouldn't be there. Every time I delete them from the virus vault they reappear on startup. Also my cookies folder has disappeared or been hidden. Any ideas of how to get rid?

As far as I can make out it is a Windows cookie.
