I have to buy a new mb to replace the A7V333 which is faulty.I want to keep all the components and just rebuild.Would the A7V600 be ok for this as it would be upgradeable and use existing bits and pieces or is there a better board to choose.I have Athlon XP2000 CPU and 266MHz memory at the moment.

I've just ordered an ASUS A7V8X-MX which I'm told is a pretty good mobo. It's not too expensive either try click here
