This may have been due to the article being written in 2007. Diskeeper does not require a "seperate" version for Vista. When you receive Diskeeper, you will provided a link to download Diskeeper in the form of a self-extracting executeable. Once this file is run and you save the software, this will create a folder for the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Diskeeper as well as a file called autorun.exe. If you run the autorun.exe file, the installation program will automatically determine if you are running a 64 bit or 32 bit operating system and install the appropriate version of the software.
