Dear all,

My company have been forced to use lotus notes on a project and we are having problems coming up with a way of CENTRALLY archiving important emails. i.e. if Mr Smith has an important email and Mr Jones has another, they can both archive it to the same place for anyone in the team to access.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks in advance

we use Lotus Notes (and moan about it) and information sharing is achieved by use of 'Databases'located on a server. They aren't databases in the true sense of the word, just searchable document libraries where you can place just about anything including emails.

Access control lists determine who can see / edit what.

No idea how you go about setting one up from scratch though; we have a Lotus Notes Support Team to do all the black magic for us

There must be Lotus Notes forums out there; have a quick Google.
