My son is driving me to drink. He brought a game. (Pirates of the Caribbean - Ubisoft). It copies to hard drive fine. When starting it gets as far as the menu, select new game says loading then either stops or crashes and restarts the PC. Now tried 2 brand new copies on 4 different PC's. Is it something obvious? Looked up Ubisoft site but no mention of problem. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

what OS...

What hardware...

What Graphics card...

Tried the latest versions of the games (EG Patches updates etc?

Tried DirectX 9.0b?

Is it compatible with your version of Windows?
