This application error message reads:

'Instruction at"0x745f2780" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program'

This appears at the final stage of booting up, when the rest of windows appears to have loaded. It appears to come as the Norton Home Protection icon stps flashing. If I click OK then the system freezes. If I click CANCEL it appears to run alright. But what is this, where did it come from and how can I fix it?

(Advent 3319 with PCWorld system loaded. All XP Home updates in place. Internet via BT Yahoo Home Hub Broadband. Norton System Protection with all updates loaded.)
