AOL Help

Recently setup the dreaded AOL9 with a 3com ADSL Wirless Router all working fine even though its not supported by them, after six weeks its will now not work, router and pc all ok as far as we can see, Obviosly AOL tech support just say " we know it might work and then it might not, but its not on our list of supported routers" very technical indeed!
first error when logging on to AOL cp is modem will not initialize now we have searching for AOL TCP/IP, any ideas appreciated!
it worked and now it wont.

Try:

"start->control pannel->add/remove programs" and select "AOL conectivity Services" and click onto the "Change/Remove" button.... Select the "Repair" option from the dialog that comes up...

Then try opening the AOL software and get AOL browser to find the router again (like you do when you first install AOL)...

already tried this , also reinstalled AOL Full, still no joy, followed all AOL help topics.

Have you teied uninstalling the drivers for the router??? then restarting, re-installing and then do the previous steps I have posted?
